Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Not be altered or modified in any way
  • Not be worn or used

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@cypreia.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company to see if the refund has been processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cypreia.shop and we will investigate the matter further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@cypreia.shop and we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, to ensure that your return is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
